Warranty

Warranty (One-Year Limited)
Bior Technologies provides a one-year limited warranty for this product and its components against defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the original purchase date. Within this period, Bior Technologies will replace faulty products with new replacements at no cost to the customer, excluding the shipping fee.
This limited warranty is applicable only to the initial purchaser of the product, when used for its intended purpose under normal conditions. It does not cover damages resulting from drops, regular wear and tear over time, natural color degradation, material breakdown with use, accidents, improper care, modifications, alterations, or negligence.
Bior Technologies makes no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, except as outlined below. Bior Technologies provides no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, for any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
The warranty and remedies outlined below are exclusive and replace all others, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to modify, extend or add to this warranty.

Limited Warranty Conditions
Despite the fact that we have diligently developed top-quality products, in case if there is any defect in your purchased Bior Technologies product, we will either fix or replace it. The One-Year Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  • This warranty applies solely to products distributed and/or sold by Bior Technologies. Bior Technologies does not warrant and is not responsible for any product or device made by entities other than Bior Technologies.
  • The warranty covers only the normal use of the product. Bior Technologies will not be liable under this warranty for any damage or defect resulting from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or improper electric current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Bior Technologies representative; (iv) damages incurred through irresponsible use or other non-recommended practices.
  • To receive warranty service, you must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase.
  • All shipping fees to and from Bior Technologies must be paid by the customer.
  • No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) provided to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.

Instructions for Obtaining a Warranty Replacement or Service

  • All shipping fees to and from Bior Technologies must be paid by the customer. The customer also assumes a full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping, as well as all responsibility for pursuing remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier.
  • To receive a replacement for a defective product, please complete our Warranty Request Form below.
  • Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. Bior Technologies will not provide any warranty service without this number.
